Travel Ban Countries

People in the world are aware and scared about the new virus called Coronavirus. Most of them are planning or planned already their travel to reach other countries and facing problems with improper information. For those travelers, we are providing complete information or guide to which countries are still open for travel.

As of March 18th, 2020, countries with a ban on entry and mandatory quarantine.

#1. EU

Entry ban for non-residents for at least a month, which excludes the U.K.

#2. Argentina

The country closed its borders for all non- residents.

#3. Australia

Arrivals have to self-quarantine for 14 days.

#4. Cyprus

Cyprus allows only residents and European workers for 15 days.

#5. Czech Republic

The country closed its borders for all non-residents.

#6. Denmark

Closed its borders for all non-residents that include a ban for tourism and vacations.

#7. India

Citizens of India returning from China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, South Korea, and Spain have to quarantine for 14 days and the tourist visas suspended till April 15th.

#8. Lithuania

Closed its borders for all non-residents

#9. New Zealand

Arrivals have to quarantine for 14 days except for the South Pacific Islands and the cruise to New Zealand ban until June 30th.

#10. North Korea

The country closed its borders, including China.

#11. Oman

From March 15th, the tourist visas suspended for one month.

#12. Poland

10-day ban for foreign visitors and quarantine for 14 days for returning nationals.

#13. Saudi Arabia

Closed its borders with most flights canceled and the visitor visited the rich countries like Bahrain, China, Taiwan, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Turkey or the United Arab Emirates in the last 14 days will not be permitted entry.

#14. Slovakia

The country closed its borders and quarantine for 14 days for returning residents.

#15. Suriname

The country closed its borders.

#16. Ukraine

The country closed its borders for foreign arrivals for the next 15 days.

#17. Vietnam

Any arrival from the U.K or Schengen Area in the last 14 days will not be permitted entry for 30 days.

Flights and Ships to and from Europe denied from March 19th.

#19. Angola

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, Iran, Italy, or South Korea.

#20. Antigua & Barbuda

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, or South Korea.

#21. Austria

Visitors who traveled to countries like France, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, and parts of China in the past 14 days need to submit a medical certificate showing a negative COVID-19 test result.

#22. Bahrain

Visa suspension on arrival and self-quarantine for 14 days for residents.

#23. Bangladesh

Visa suspension on arrival and entry ban from Europeans, excluding U.K. arrivals.

#24. Bahamas

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, or South Korea.

#25. Barbados

Quarantine for visitors who visited Italy in the last 14 days.

#26. Benin

Quarantine for visitors for 14 days those who visited affected countries recently.

#27. Bosnia and Herzegovina

Closed land borders and arrivals require quarantine for 14 days.

#28. Botswana

Quarantine for visitors for 14 days who visited affected countries recently.

#29. Canada

Ban for ill visitors and as well as for non-residents.

#30. China

Visitors coming from Italy, South Korea, and Japan and arriving in Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, or Guangdong should undergo quarantine for 14 days of a period.

#31. Colombia

Closed its borders with Venezuela and banned travelers who visited Asia or Europe recently. For residents mandatory quarantine for 14 days of a period.

#32. Croatia

Must undergo quarantine for 14 days those who visited affected countries.

#33. Democratic Republic of Congo

Quarantine for visitors for 14 days those who visited affected countries recently.

#34. Denmark

The country closed all its borders to all foreign nationals till April 14th.

#35. El Salvador

The Country closed all its borders to all foreign visitors from March 11th.

#36. Eritrea

Quarantine for visitors for 14 days those who visited China, South Korea, Italy, Germany, or the US.

#37. Ethiopia

Quarantine for visitors for 14 days those who visited affected countries recently.

#38. Fiji

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, Iran, Italy, or South Korea.

#39. French Polynesia

The visitor to Bora Bora and Tahiti need to submit a medical certificate showing a negative COVID-19 test result.

#40. Grenada

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, or Spain.

#41. Guyana

Quarantine for visitors for 14 days those who visited affected countries recently.

#42. Guatemala

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited to U.S., Eurореаn соuntrіеѕ, Іrаn, Сhіnа, Ѕоuth Коrеа аnd Nоrth Коrеа.

#43. Honduras

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited Europe, Iran, South Korea, and China.

#44. Hong Kong

Visitors coming from Schengen Area will be quarantined for 14 days.

Quarantine for visitors and citizens for 14 days.

#46. Italy

Lockdown to all visitors.

#47. Japan

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, South Korea, or Italy within the last 14 days.

#48. Lebanon

Flights prohibited from affected countries.

#49. Kuwait

Flights canceled and airports closed indefinitely.

#50. Madagascar

Commercial passenger flights canceled between Europe for 30 days from March 20th.

#51. Maldives

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited Bangladesh, China, Iran, Italy, or South Korea.

Entry ban for a resident of Schengen Area, U.K, and Ireland till April 13th.

#79. Uruguay

#80. Vanuatu

Entry ban for travelers who recently visited China, Hong Kong Japan, Macao, South Korea, Singapore, or Taiwan.

#81. Venezuela

#82. Vietnam
